Pre-Digital Photographic Technology

Image
The pre-digital photographic technology I chose is the black and white roll film. Black and White films have been around for a good amount of time. "Black and White Cinema is the first study to consider the use of black-and-white as an art form in its own right, providing a comprehensive and global overview of the era when it flourished, from the 1900s to the 1960s." It was so sad and so many people passed away. I think that this really affected a lot of people. Not only people who were there but also the families, friends of those people. Just knowing ...

What is photojournalism? Many people till this day don’t know the answer to this question. In John Nordell’s Video, What is Photojournalism? , he says “ Photographs created to be published in journals” and “Photojournalists they photograph verbs, people doing things”. . Photojournalist are always prepared to capture a moment, which means taking a picture of something as soon as it began. In the website, The Spruce Crafts , they say Photojournalists bring us the visual images of a story that back up a writer's words. "Photojournalism started to take shape when photographers could easily transport cameras into war zones."History of Photojournalism is important because learning about history is not only through words, it is through photos that have action in them which is called photojournalism. In the video, In Harms Way , it talks how these two people Zoriah and Alissa put themselves in danger in order to take photos that best tells a story of conflict. Photojournalis...
